Children can only thrive academically when they are healthy and feel safe. Wellness Matters is SEEF’s integrated health and hygiene program that ensures students in underserved communities are not held back by preventable health issues.

Your support powers three vital initiatives focused on health, hygiene, and holistic well-being:

🧼 Clean Hands, Bright Minds

Many children in rural schools lack access to basic hygiene materials and education. This program provides:

• Personal hygiene kits (soap, toothbrushes, sanitary pads, towels)

• Health education workshops for students

• Menstrual hygiene support for girls

We teach lifelong habits while helping children feel confident and dignified.

👩‍⚕️ SparkCare (School Health Days)

School Health Days bring professional healthcare to children who rarely see a doctor. These events offer:

• Free medical checkups and health screenings

• Deworming and first aid education

• Referrals for further care when needed

With your help, we can bring essential health services directly into schools.

⚽ Play for Wellness

Physical activity is vital to mental and physical development. This part of the program includes:

• Donating recreational supplies like footballs and skipping ropes

• Organizing school sports days and games

• Educating children on the importance of fitness and teamwork

Your Donation Will Help Provide:

• GH₵ 50: A full hygiene kit for one student

• GH₵ 150: Health screening for 10 children

• GH₵ 300: Basic sports equipment for a school

• GH₵ 1,000+: Sponsor a full School Health Day event
